Turning Points Into USDC

Points you've earned from referrals and the Social Follow Program aren't just a number — you can redeem them for real USDC, sent straight to your own wallet. This page covers the redemption mechanics specifically; see How Rewards Work for how points relate to your rank and the rest of the rewards system.

How to earn points

  • 100 points for every friend you refer who joins and verifies their identity — see Referrals.
  • 500 points once for following us on GitHub, Telegram, and LinkedIn — see Social Follow Program.

Conversion rate

100 points = $1 USDC.

So a completed referral (100 points) is worth $1, and the social-follow bonus (500 points) is worth $5.

How to redeem

Open Redeem in the sidebar — it's built like a currency swap: your points on one side, the USDC you'll receive on the other.

  1. Enter how many points you want to redeem (minimum 100 points, i.e. $1) — the USDC amount below updates live as you type. Use Max to fill in your full balance.
  2. Enter the Stellar wallet address you want paid out to.
  3. Once everything looks right, hit Redeem. Your points are set aside right away, so you'll always see an accurate balance even while a request is being processed.

We recommend verifying your identity before redeeming, since it's what we expect to have on file before sending a payout.

What happens next

Every redemption request is reviewed by our team before payout:

  • Paid — the USDC has been sent to your wallet, and you'll get a notification.
  • Rejected — for example, if the wallet address looks wrong. Your points are refunded to your balance automatically, and you'll get a notification explaining why so you can fix it and try again.

You can check the status of every request you've made — pending, paid, or rejected — in your redemption history right below the Redeem page's swap card.

Tips for a smooth redemption

  • Double-check your wallet address before submitting — this is a Stellar address (starts with G), not any other type of wallet.
  • Make sure the address is one you control and can receive USDC on.
