Ecosystems & Open Source Week

Ecosystems

An ecosystem groups related projects together — usually a foundation, chain, or community umbrella — so contributors can browse and filter by the community they're most interested in, including from its own dedicated directory. Every project on Grainlify belongs to one ecosystem, chosen during setup.

The list of ecosystems is curated by the Grainlify team rather than self-service, so if the right one isn't available yet when you're setting up your project, reach out to us — through the Grainlify GitHub org or our Telegram — and we'll get it added.

Open Source Week

Open Source Week is a recurring community event, shown as a banner and its own tab on the dashboard with a calendar of upcoming and past events — title, description, location, and dates.

Contributions you make during an event window count the same way they always do, toward your normal rank and the leaderboard — it's a good moment to encourage contributors toward your project, since activity across the platform tends to pick up.

Events are organized by the Grainlify team. If you'd like your project featured or want to propose running one, reach out the same way as for ecosystems.
